Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cancun Riviera Transfers website and services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the service

Cancun Riviera Transfers is an independent private transportation coordination platform based in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. We help travelers request quotes and coordinate private transfers with local operators in Cancun, Cancun Airport, the Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Akumal, Holbox, Chiquilá, Bacalar, Valladolid, Chichén Itzá and the Riviera Maya.

2. Independent operation and no affiliation

We are an independent service. Hotel names, resort names, park names, airport names, ferry company names, marina names, archaeological site names and other destination names are used solely to identify pickup, drop-off and destination locations for transportation purposes.

We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any hotel, resort, theme park, airport authority, ferry company, tour operator or government entity referenced on the Platform. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Quotes and confirmation

• Prices shown or referenced on the Platform are illustrative only and are not final.
• A quote becomes a booking only after it is confirmed via WhatsApp by our team.
• Availability is subject to vehicle and operator confirmation and may change based on demand, season and route.

4. Payments

The Platform does not process online payments in this version. Payment terms (deposit, cash on arrival, transfer, or other methods) are agreed directly during WhatsApp confirmation.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information, pickup details, flight number and passenger count.
• Be ready at the confirmed pickup point at the confirmed time.
• Notify us as soon as possible of any flight change, delay or itinerary modification.
• Comply with local laws, driver instructions and reasonable vehicle rules.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and modification terms are communicated during WhatsApp confirmation. As a general rule, changes requested with sufficient advance notice can be accommodated at no cost, while last-minute cancellations may incur fees.

7. Service limitations

We coordinate transportation with licensed local operators. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee against delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, force majeure or third-party actions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cancun Riviera Transfers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or the transportation services coordinated through it. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific transfer in question.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, code, text and original photography are owned by Cancun Private Transfers or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in Cancún, Quintana Roo, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
